Return and Refund Policy – Hiddofashion
1. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, according to the Distance Contracts Act. The right of cancellation only applies if the goods are returned in the same condition – unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
2. How to return an item
To return an item, please follow the steps below:
Contact us at hiddafashion@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the item and provide the order number, which items you wish to return and the reason for the return (optional).
We will send return information and instructions via email.
Pack the item well in the original packaging and send it back to the specified return address. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
Please note: We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Hiddofashion is not responsible for lost returns.
3. Refund conditions
Once we have received and approved your return, we will:
Confirm receipt via email
Refund the amount to the same payment method used for the purchase
Refunds will be made within 14 days of us receiving the return.
Shipping costs are only refunded if the return is due to a faulty or damaged item.
4. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Goods that have been used or are missing original packaging
Intimate products, underwear or swimwear for hygiene reasons (if the seal has been broken)
Goods that are specially manufactured or adapted to your wishes
5. Complaints
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hiddafashion@gmail.com with:
Order number
A description of the error
Attached pictures showing the damage/fault
If the complaint is approved, we will cover return shipping and compensate you in accordance with the Consumer Sales Act – either with a new item, price reduction or refund.
